When will my order ship?

If you place an order for items that have already been released, your order will be shipped as soon as possible. If you place an order for an item listed for preorder, your order will be shipped once the album is in hand, which may be subject to change due to delays. If you purchase items that have already been released and preorder items in the same order, they will all be shipped when the preorder is due to ship.

Delays are a common occurrence with vinyl. We will do our best to inform everyone should any delays arise.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes! We ship to most of the world. If you do not see your country at checkout, feel free to reach out and we can get shipping sorted for you.

However, international customers should be aware that we put the true value on customs form and you might be charged customs fees when the order reaches your country. This is so that in the event that a package is lost, you are able to get the full value of your order returned to you.

Why did my record show up opened?

When battling the unforgiving nature of the way vinyl is treated during transit from us to you, we want to give the record the best possible chance of showing up undamaged. We ship all of our records outside of the jacket in order to avoid seam splits and ring wear that can occur during shipment.

Why did my record not include an OBI strip or sticker?

We print as many OBI strips and stickers as records we order. We receive overrun/extra copies of both vinyl and OBI strips. However that number is rarely equal. If you receive a record without an OBI, that means it was an overrun and there was not an extra OBI or sticker to pair with it.
