How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free on orders placed anywhere in the US. For orders shipped outside the US there is a $5 shipping charge. This is a flat rate fee and is not based on the items you order. Whether you order 1 item or 30 items the price is still only $5.

I just placed an order. When will it ship?
Most orders are shipped the same day they are placed but please allow up to 24 hours after your order is placed to receive a shipping confirmation email.

Where is my order?
If you ordered from the US please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. Once an order is shipped a delivery confirmation number is sent to the email address associated with your Paypal account. You can enter this number at the USPS Website and track the location.

If you ordered from outside the US please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. All packages are sent First Class International or Priority Mail International and usually arrive promptly. In some cases customs may hold packages so it is best to check with your local customs office if you are expecting a package and it has been longer than 4 weeks. We are unable to provide tracking information for orders shipped outside the United States.

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

I received my order but items were missing.
Occasionally an item may run out of stock before the website is updated. In this case we will refund your Paypal account for the purchase price and ship the items that are in stock. We do not issue credit slips. If you do not receive an email detailing the refunded transaction simply log into your Paypal account for details. Please contact us if you have any further questions.

Will you release my bands CD?
We do accept unsolicited material but shipping out promotional packages can be an arduous and expensive task. For this reason we ask bands to first contact us through email and send a link where we can hear your music. If we are interested in your band we will then reply asking for a full promotional package. This saves you both time and money.
